10 Homes sold in Athol Idaho during the month of April 2020. The volume of home sales is up by one home compared to last year which had 11 home sales. There are currently 42 houses on the market, so a little over 4 months of inventory.

April 2018 had 15 home sales and April 2017 had 7 home sales.
