The volume of new construction home sales in Post Falls Idaho has increased by 17 houses during the month of December 2019 compared to December 2018. The average sales price has increased by $24 per sqft.

43 New construction homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during the month of December 2019. These homes sold for an average of $184 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.19 acres.
