The volume of sold New Construction homes has only gone down by one house in Coeur d’Alene for the month of August 2019 compared to August 2018. The average price sold has decreased by $8.30 per sqft.

21 New Construction homes were sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho for the month of August 2019. The average price sold was $191.70 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.17 acres. 

The high seller of the group was a Bellerive home that sold for an average of $330 per sqft. The low seller of the group was CDA Country Club home that sold for an average of $116 per sqft.

The high seller of the group was a home that sold for an average of $449 per sqft. The low seller of the group was a home that sold for an average of $341 per sqft in the Mill River community.

6 Waterfront homes also sold in August of 2017.  Overall the waterfront averaged $302 per square foot.  But that would not be quite fair to leave you with that.  We had a cabin in Rockford bay that averaged $697 per square foot.  We had 3 Rockford bay homes one selling for an average price of $336, one come in at $198 and one coming in at $219 all per square foot.  We also had a Mill river coming in at $220 and a Riverfront condo coming in at $329 per square foot.  The waterfront averaged 220 days on market.
