107 Homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during May 2020. There are currently 310 homes on the market, so a little over 3 month’s of inventory.

The volume of home sales is down by 35 houses compared to May 2019 which had 142 home sales. May 2018 had 140 home sales and May 2017 had 154 home sales.

Coeur d’Alene New Construction

The volume of home sales in this group is down by 8 homes and the average sales price is up by $1 per sqft. compared to May 2019. There are currently 19 new construction homes on the market: a little over 3 months of inventory.

May 2020 had 6 new construction homes sell for an average of $201 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.19 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 102% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $217 per sqft. and was from the Prairie Trails subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $137 per sqft. and was from The Trails subdivision.
