196 Homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during August 2020. The volume is up quite a bit compared to last August which had 177 home sales.

August 2018 had 186 home sales and August 2017 had 161 home sales.

The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by 8 houses and the average sales price has increased by $1 per sqft. compared to August 2019.

13 New construction homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during August 2020. The average sales price was $192 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.17 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 100% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $300 per sqft. and was from the Woodlawn Park subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $118 per sqft. and was from the CDA Place subdivision.

Home sales in this group include houses from the Garden Grove; CDA Place; and The Trails communities.
