The volume of new construction home sales has increased by 7 houses and the average sales price has increased by $45 per sqft. compared to April 2020.

These homes sold for an average of 104% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $469 per sqft. and was from the Woodland Heights subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $104 per sqft.
