109 Homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during March 2020. There are currently 248 homes on the market in Coeur d’Alene Idaho, so about 2 months of inventory.

The volume of home sales has increased by three homes compared to March 2019 which had 106 home sales. March 2018 had 121 home sales.

Coeur d’Alene New Construction

The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by 7 homes and the average sales price has increased by $8 per sqft. compared to March 2019. There are currently 13 new construction homes on the market.

6 New construction homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during March 2020 for an average of $213 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.15 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 101% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $231 per sqft. and was from the Garden Grove subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $196 per sqft. and was also from the Garden Grove subdivision.

Home sales in this group also include homes from the Lake Forest community.
