The volume of home sales is up by 6 houses compared to November 2018 which had 108 home sales. November 2017 had 122 homes sell and November 2016 had 103 homes sell.

The volume of new construction home sales has increased by 8 homes and the average sales price has increased by $59 per sqft. this month compared to November 2018.

20 New construction homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during the month of November 2019 for an average of $211 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.13 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 101% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $286 per sqft. The low seller of the group was from the CDA Place subdivision and it sold for an average of $148 per sqft.
