1 home located at Bertsch subdivision with .31 acres sold for $160.29 per sqft and was closed in only 58 days! Nothing to compare to for 2016.
Existing Homes on 1-2 Acre lots
1 Home on 1 2-acre lot sold in 45 days at $118.42 per sq ft! In December 2016, no homes on 2 acre lots were sold!
Homes on 5 Acre Lots
1 Home at Hackney Field and another at Silver Meadows Closed!
These homes are on 2 acre and 5 acre lots and sold for $118.42 per sq ft and $244.65 per sq ft respectively. They sold faster — about 45 and 47 days only! That’s less than two months! In December 2016, however, 4 homes on 5 acre lots were sold but it took about 128 days to sell them on average. They sold for only $158.70.
Homes on 10 Acre Lots
1 home on 10 on a 10-acre lot sold in December 2017. The property on 10 acre lots sold for $163.13 per sqft and was on the market for 132 days. For December 2016, 3 homes on 10 acre lots were closed for only $136.48 and was on the market a little longer – about 141 days on average.
Homes on 20 Acre Lots
One home on a 20-acre lot was sold in 130 days and for $238.21 per sq ft! Compared to December 2016 which had 1 Home on a 20-acre lot sell for $161.21 per sqft long time on the market coming in at 611 days!
Volume is down for December 2017 compared to 2016’s sales. However, days on market was less and prices are up!
