Hayden/Hayden Lake 2018 Housing Market update
30 homes sold in Hayden January 2019 down from 35 homes in 2018 and 34 homes in 2017. There is currently 142 homes for sale in Hayden up from last years inventory of 134 homes. That number does come out to the highest inventory number though that we have seen in a couple of years with 4.7 months of inventory available.
Hayden New Construction
8 new construction homes sold during January 2019. They sold for an average price per sqft of $191. The average lot size was .21 acres. Homes selling in this batch this month include Hayden North, Hayden Grove, Stonecreek, and Maple Grove. The high seller this month was a Hayden Grove built by BlackWolf Homes. The low seller was a Hayden North home built by Hayden Homes.
January 2018 had 4 new construction homes selling for $184 per sqft with an average lot size of .25 acres. January 2017 had 7 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $160.

Homes selling this month included Stonecreek, Strawberry Fields, Broadmore and more. The high seller this month was the home in Stinson selling for $217 per sqft and the low seller this month was a Strawberry Fields home coming in at $111 per sqft.
