56 Homes were sold in Hayden, Idaho in April 2022. Overall, Hayden homes on city lots sold for an average of $336 per SqFt, were on the market for an average of 62 days and sold for an average of 100% of the original listed price. The average sales price per square foot is up 32% compared to April 2021. The volume of home sales has decreased by 15% compared to April 2021 which had 66 home sales.

Comparatively, all of the Hayden homes on less than an acre sold for an average of $254 per SqFt, were on the market for an average of 64 days and sold for an average of 102% of the original listed price in April 2021.

April 2020 had 12 home sales. April 2019 had 50 home sales, April 2018 had 53 home sales, and April 2017 had 54 home sales.

The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by 4 homes and the average sales price has increased by $116 per SqFt. compared to April 2021.
