26 Homes sold in Hayden Idaho during February 2020. The volume of home sales has decreased by 16 homes compared to February 2019 which had 42 home sales. February 2018 had 28 homes sell and February 2017 had 41 home sales.

Hayden New Construction

The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by four homes and the average sales price has increased by $53 per sqft. compared to February 2019.

8 New construction homes sold in Hayden Idaho during February 2020 for an average of $229 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.15 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 102%of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $287 per sqft. and was from The Reserve community.  The low seller of the group sold for an average of $143 per sqft. and was from the Hayden North community.

12 new Construction homes sold during February 2019 for an average price per sqft of $176. 

February 2018 had 5 new homes selling for an average of $189 per sqft. February 2017 had 6 new homes selling for an average of $160 per sqft.

Existing Homes sold in Hayden Idaho February 2020 built between 2000 and 2018

The volume of home sales in this group has decreased by six homes and the average sales price has increased by $53 per sqft. compared to February 2019.

4 Existing homes that were built between 2000-2018 sold in Hayden Idaho during February 2020 for an average of $214 per sqft. and the average time on the market was 74 days. The average lot size was 0.3 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 97% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $251 per sqft. and was from the Forest Ridge subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $129 per sqft. and was from the Strawberry Fields subdivision.
