28 Homes sold in Hayden Idaho during January 2020. The volume of home sales has decreased by two houses compared to January 2019 which had 30 home sales. January 2018 had 35 homes sell and January 2017 had 34 homes sell.

The volume of new construction home sales in Hayden Idaho has decreased by three homes and the average sales price has decreased by $16 per sqft. during the month of January 2020 compared to January 2019.

5 New construction homes sold in Hayden Idaho during January 2020 for an average of $175 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.16 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 101% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $189 per sqft. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $165 per sqft.
