Hayden/Hayden Lake October 2019 Housing Market update

October 2019 had 57 home sales in Hayden Idaho. This has decreased by four home sales compared to October 2018 which sold 61 homes. The majority of these home sales can be found in the existing home sales categories. October 2017 had 60 home sales and October 2016 also had 60 home sales.

Hayden New Construction

The volume of new construction home sales in Hayden Idaho has decreased by nine home sales during the month of October 2019 compared to October 2018. The average sales price for homes that are in city lots has decreased by $3 per sqft.

5 New construction homes sold in Hayden Idaho during the month of October 2019. One of these home sales will be recorded in the 1/2 acre category.  

The rest of these four homes sold for an average of $190 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.18 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 96% of the listed price. The high seller of the group was from the Honeysuckle Hills subdivision that sold for an average of $250 per sqft.  The low seller of the group was Hayden North home that sold for an average of $134 per sqft.
