Multi-Story Homes

Your multistory homes consisted of a 2014 build on a .06 acre of a lot selling for an average price per sqft of $140 it was a 3/2 with a 1 car attached garage Its days on market were 23..  The other multi-story was a 1943 build that was a 3/2 with a 1 car attached garage selling for an average price per sqft of $105. It was on the market for 36 days.  It was a 3/2 with a 1 car attached garage on .14 of an acre.

Single Level Rancher

Single level rancher sold for an average price per sqft of $217 it was on the market for 50days.  It was a 2/1 with no garage.

Rancher on a Basement

And the Rancher on a basement was a 1958 build 3/2 with a 1 car detached garage selling for an average price per sqft of $93 it was on the market for 46 days.

One rancher was a remodeled 1945 rancher selling for an average price per sqft of $192.  It was on the market for 182 days.  It was a 2/1 with a 1 car detached garage.  The other rancher was a 1992 build selling for $151 per sqft it was a 4/2 with no garage days on market were 46 days.

The ranchers with a basement we had a 1959 build selling for an average price per sqft of $96 it was on the market for 83 days.  It was a 3/1 with a 1 car attached garage.  The other rancher on a basement was a 1910 build selling for an average price per sqft of $183 with 75 days on market.  It was a 1/1 with a  2 car detached garage.

Multi-Family

And the final Multi-story home this quarter was a 1997 build selling for an average price per sqft of $179.  It was on the market for 50 days.  It was a 2/1.5 with no garage.

Tri-Level home was a 1968 build selling for an average price per sqft of $93 and was on the market for 114 days it was a 3/1.5 with no garage.

The single level rancher was a 2008 build selling for an average price per sqft of $163 and was on the market for 32 days.  It was a 3/2 with a 2 car garage.
