They were all 2/2 one with a 2 car garage which was actually your low seller of the quarter coming in at $285 per sqft and 2 without a garage.

4th Quarter 2018

2 Multi-story homes selling in O’Brien’s.  You had 1 1939 build selling for $158 per sqft and sold in 85 days.  it was a 4/4/2 the other home was a 1957 build that sold for $125 per sqft with 87 days on market.

It was a 4/2/1.

3rd Quarter 2018

8 Homes sold in O’briens during the 3rd Quarter.  6 Multi-story homes 1 Rancher on a basement and 1 single level rancher.

The 6 Multi-story homes sold for an average price per sqft of $244 with average days on market of  113 days. 

They were all at least 3/2.5 with a 2 car detached garage.  We did have 1 4/2 that had a 2 car detached garage.  3 of these this quarter were new builds or rebuilds by Stach Construction.

The rancher on a basement was a 1920 build selling for an average price per sqft of $157 with an average of 89 days on market it was a 3/2 with a 2 car detached garage.

And the single level rancher sold for an average price per sqft of $214 with average days on market of 90 days.

It was a 3/2 with a 2 car attached garage.  1991 Build.

2nd Quarter 2018

2 Homes sold during the 2nd quarter of 2018.

2 Multi-Level homes One a 1920 build selling for an average price per sqft of $226 with 79 days on the market it was a 3/2 with a 2 car detached garage. It was on a .25 of an acre lot.

The other home a 1907 build sold for an average price per sqft of $156 with average days on market of 54.  It was a  4/2.5 with a 1 car carport.  It was on a .13 acre lot.

1st Quarter 2018

2 Homes sold in Obriens in the 1st quarter of 2018.

One Rancher on a basement selling for an average price per sqft of $123 with an average of 65 days on market.  It was a 2/1 with a 2 car detached garage.

And 1 Multi-story home selling for an average price per sqft of $147 with an average of 19 days on market.  It was a 3/3 with no garage.
