Overlooking Cooper Bay on Hayden Lake is a gorgeous community of homes.  Located off East Hayden Lake Rd you have some Lake Front homes with docks and most of the rest are Lake View.  All with close access to the public boat launch.  I am also including on this page Clark Heights homes as the community is right in the middle of Hayden Honeysuckle Hills.  There are approximately 184 homes in this community with prices ranging from the mid to upper $300k range well into a Million with some of the lakefront homes.

2  Clark heights homes selling for an average price per square foot of $197.  One was new construction but the existing home sold in 45 days.  The average lot size of these homes was .44 acres.

The final 2 existing homes in here sold for an average price per square foot of $160.  They were on the market for an average of 27 days.  The average lot size was .34 of an acre.
