The other 3 homes sold for an average price per sqft of $173.  With average days on market of 32 days.

You did have a fairly large range on these homes with 2 homes having a shop both your high seller for the quarter coming in at $193 per sqft and your low seller coming in at $153 per sqft.  All 3 of these had a 3 car garage
