Granite Hill to Sandpoint Road construction on Hwy 95.

As you are house shopping or home selling you always should be aware of the community changes that are coming your way.  This section of the road is expected to be getting started in Spring of 2020.  They will be doing a public open house this Spring of 2018 the Preliminary design should be out in June of 2018 and the final design will be out in 2019.  Bid Packages will be out in Late Summer 2019.
