71 homes sold in Post Falls in February 2019 holding steady from 73 homes selling in February 2018 and 74 homes selling in February 2017.  There is currently 261 homes on the market in Post Falls or approximately 3 1/2 months worth of inventory.  Home prices are still up and climbing.

29 New Construction homes sold in February 2019.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $165.  The average lot size was  .18 acres.

Your high sale this month was an Ashton Villas Steel Structures build coming in at $251 per sqft and your low sale this month was a Viking Construction coming in at Montrose for $114 per sqft.

Home sales this month included Viking Estates, North Chase Place, Crown Pointe and more.

2018 saw 5 new construction homes sell at an average of 189 per square foot. 2017 saw 6 new construction homes sell for an average price of $160 per square foot.

These homes this month sold for 98% of the original list price and 99% of adjusted list price.

5 Condo sales in February 2019.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $147 with an average of 54 days on the market. 

Condos sold this month came out of Forsythia Place, Promenade, Black Bay and more.  The high sale was Black Bay coming in at $173 per sqft and the low was Promenade coming in at $120 per sqft.

The condos this month sold for 101% of list price so several of them sold for more than asking price.

2018 sold 4 condo that went for an average of $123 per square foot and average days on market of 68 days.  2017 sold 4 condos that went for an average of $109 per square foot with average days on the market of 75 days.

This home sold for 94% of asking price.

February 2018 sold 2 manufactured homes selling for an average of $16 per sqft with an average of 43 days on the market.  2 Homes also sold in February 2017 for $24 per sqft with an average of 178 days on market.
