129 Homes sold in Coeur d’Alene Idaho during May 2021. The volume of home sales is up by 22 houses compared to May 2020 which had 107 home sales.

May 2019 had 142 home sales. May 2018 had 140 home sales and May 2017 had 154 home sales.

Coeur d’Alene New Construction

The volume of new construction home sales has increased by 9 houses and the average sales price has increased by $90 per sqft. compared to May 2020.

15 New construction homes sold in Coeur d’Alene during May 2021 for an average of $291 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.23 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 102% of the listed price.  The high seller of the group sold for an average of $577 per sqft. and was from the Black Rock subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $117 per sqft. and was from the CDA Place subdivision.

Home sales in this group include houses from the CDA Place; The Trails; Armstrong Park; and Black Rock communities.
