84 Homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during April 2020. The volume of home sales is down by 32 homes compared to April 2019 which had 116 home sales. There are currently 181 homes on the market, so a little over 2 months of inventory.

April 2018 had 89 home sales and April 2017 had 82 home sales.

Post Falls New Construction Real Estate Update

The volume of new construction home sales is down by 18 homes and the average sales price is up by $48 per sqft. compared to April 2019. There are currently 65 new construction homes on the market, so a little over 3 1/2 months of inventory.

18 New construction homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during April 2020 for an average of $197 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.17 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 98% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $251 per sqft. and was from the Ashton Villas subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $129 per sqft. and was from the Montrose subdivision.
