135 Homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during the month of September 2019.  This number is up, but pretty close to the 130 homes that sold last September of 2018. The majority of the home sales this month were from homes that were built between 2000-2018, with 50 homes sold! September 2017 sold 119 total homes in Post Falls. September 2016 sold 92 total properties.

Post Falls New Construction Real Estate Update

The volume of new construction home sales in Post Falls has risen by two homes and the average price per sqft. has increased by an average of $11.

35 New Construction homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during the month of September of 2019. These homes sold for an average of $161 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.18 acres. Homes in this category sold for an average of 100% of the original listed price.

The high seller of the group was a Woodbridge South home that sold for an average of $272 per sqft. The low seller of the group was a Whiskey Flats home that sold for an average of $100 per sqft.

The volume of existing homes that were built after 2000 has risen by 8 home sales this month compared to September 2018. The average price per sqft. has risen by $10.

50 Existing homes built from 2000-2018 in Post Falls Idaho sold in the month of September 2019. The average price per sqft. for these homes was an average of $162 per sqft. The average time on the market was 60 days. The average lot size was 0.2 acres. These homes sold for an average of 97% of the listed price.
