75 Homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during February 2020. The volume of home sales has increased by four homes compared to February 2019 which had 71 home sales. February 2018 had 73 home sales and February 2017 had 74 home sales.

Post Falls New Construction Real Estate Update

The volume of new construction home sales has risen by five homes and the average sales price has risen by $24 per sqft. compared to February 2019.

24 New construction homes sold during February 2020 in Post Falls Idaho. The average sales price was $189 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.18 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 100% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $233 per sqft. and was from the Meadow Grove subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $129 per sqft. and was from the Whiskey Flats subdivision.  

Home sales in this group include homes from the Woodbridge; Crown Pointe; North Place; Montrose; and Tullamore communities.

The volume of home sales in this group has increased by 11 houses and the average sales price has increased by $19 per sqft. compared to February 2019.

26 Existing homes that were built from 2000-2018 sold in Post Falls Idaho during February 2020 for an average of $184 per sqft. The average time on the market was 71 days. The average lot size was 0.2 acres.
