115 home sales in May 2019 in Post Falls Idaho.  That is down from the 135 homes that sold in May 2018.

39 new construction homes selling in May 2019.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $167 with an average lot size of .18 acres. 

Your high seller this month was a Blue Grass Corner home built by TERMAC selling for $218 per sqft and your low seller this month was a  North Place home built by Greenstone selling for $115 per sqft.

Homes selling this month included homes in North Place, Montrose, Viking Estates, Terra Vista and more.

32 New construction homes sold in May 2018.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $158 with an average lot size of .19 acres.  May 2017 had 21 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $134.

They sold for an average price per sqft of $169 with an average of 49 days on the market.  They sold for 98% of the original list price this month. 

 

Your high seller this month was a North Place home selling for $222 per sqft built in 2017.  Your low seller this month came out of Fieldstone selling for $117 per sqft.

They sold for an average price per sqft of $167 with an average of 47 days on the market.  They sold for 99% of the original list price this month.  The average lot size was .21 acres. 

The high seller this month was a Prairie Ridge home selling for $232 per sqft and the low seller was a Highland Park home selling for $128 per sqft.

Other communities in this age group include RiversideHarbor, Prairie Ridge, Harmony Place and more.

May 2018 had 21 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $148 with an average of 56 days on the market.  May 2017 had 26 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $132 with 56 days on the market.  The lot size was .20 acres.

The high seller this month was a Selby’s home selling for $297 per sqft.  The low seller was a Mica View home selling for $112 per sqft.

May 2018 had 10 homes selling in this age group for an average price per sqft of $121 with an average of 41 days on the market.  May 2017 had 10 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $95 with an average of 61 days on the market.

May 2018 had 2 homes selling for an average of $193 per sqft with an average of 35 days on the market.  Also all in The Meadows.  May 2017 had 3 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $138 with an average of 163 days on the market.

May 2018 had 6 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $177 with an average of 55 days on the market.  The average lot size was 4.84 acres.  May 2017 had 4 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $143 with an average of 102 days on the market.  The average lot size was 4.96 acres.

May 2018 had 4 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $397 per sqft.  They were on the market for an average of 231 days.  May 2017 had 3 waterfront homes selling for an average price per sqft of $193 with an average of 168 days on market.

The high seller was a Post falls Landings condos selling for $340 per sqft.  The low seller was a Promenade condo selling for $131 per sqft.  Highland Pointe was your middle sale at $225 per sqft.

May 2018 condos had 2 condos selling for an average price per sqft of $127 with an average of 24 days on market.  May 2017 had 4 condos selling for an average of 139 per sqft with 70 days on market.
