126 Homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during the month of October 2019. The volume of home sales has increased by four homes compared to October 2018 which sold 122 homes. The majority of these home sales were new construction homes and existing homes that were built after 2000. October 2017 had 121 home sales and October 2016 had 107 home sales.

The volume of new construction home sales in Post Falls Idaho for this month compared to October 2018 has increased by 12 houses and the average price per sqft has increased by $36.

46 New construction homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during the month of October 2019 for an average of $181 per sqft.  The average lot size was 0.19 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 102% of the listed price. The high seller of the group was a Meadow Grove home that sold for an average of $240 per sqft. The low seller of the group was a Whiskey Flats home that sold for an average of $98 per sqft.
