The average lot size was 0.2 acres and average price they sold for was $144.26 per sq ft. The properties were on the market for 189 days on average. In November 2017, there were only 6 new construction properties sold. They averaged being on 0.32 acres and sold for $135.24 per sq ft on average. The properties stayed on the market for 112 days before they were sold. The quantity double and price per square foot up by $9 per square foot.
