The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by one home for the month of December 2019 compared to December 2018. The average sales price has increased by $19 per sqft.

14 New construction homes sold Coeur d’Alene Idaho during the month of December 2019 for an average of $193 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.15 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 101% of the listed price. The high seller of the group was a Tilford Place home that sold for an average of $304 per sqft. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $115 per sqft. and was from The Trails subdivision.
