117 Homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during March 2020. There are currently 151 homes on the market, so a little over a months worth of inventory.

The volume of home sales for Post Falls Idaho has increased by 35 homes compared to March 2019 which had 82 home sales. March 2018 had 104 home sales and March 2017 had 89 home sales.

The volume of new construction home sales has decreased by two homes and the average sales price has increased by $28 per sqft. compared to March 2019. There are currently 47 new construction homes on the market in Post Falls.

22 New construction homes sold in Post Falls Idaho during March 2020 for an average of $178 per sqft. The average lot size was 0.16 acres.

These homes sold for an average of 100% of the listed price. The high seller of the group sold for an average of $257 per sqft. and was from the Meadow Grove subdivision. The low seller of the group sold for an average of $122 per sqft. and was from the North Place subdivision.
