October 2017 is a great month for Rathdrum! They closed 65 properties! It’s a lot compared to only 50 sold in October 2016. The volume is Up! Prices are UP! A great time to sell your Home!

New Construction Homes had a total of 10 selling in October 2017! 2 of these properties were in Radiant Lk Condos. The rest are from Prairie Sky, Skyline Meadows, Radiant Lake and The Ponds Subdivisions. The homes averaged 0.22 acres and sold for $175.19 per sq ft. On average, these properties were on the market for 129 days.For October 2016, 13 new construction homes sold with average days on market of 140 days. They averaged 0.28 acres and sold for $140.78 per sq ft. The volume is down by 3 but the prices are up by about $35 per square foot!
Existing Homes on City Lots
October had 20 existing homes on city lots sell! These properties accumulated from Radiant Lake, Prairie Sky, The Ponds, Park Rose, Skyline Meadows, Sawtooth Est, Echo Beach, Deerfield, Olson’s Lakeland Pine, Arthurs Garden and Gunning.
