We have bought and sold many homes in our lifetime.  Used several different real estate agents locally.  Some were good, some were very mediocre and I would never use again.  Michele Hoffman at Idaho Real Homes LLC was right up there beside the best we have used.  Prompt, easy to communicate with, very available, very responsive, kept us on track with no emergencies due to missed deadlines, came in on the high end with her market analysis, which allowed us the chance to get top dollar for our home, and knew when it was time to counteroffer with less than asking without immediately going to low ball.  As the seller, this was very important to us...strive for optimum, know when to adjust course, we sold more quickly than I anticipated in this buyers market, and got almost full asking price.  Michele is very knowlegeble through experience.  She knows the ropes.  Best part of what she did for us was the way she handled our tenant...she kept him on our side while at the same time getting the house shown as often as possible.  This took great people skills and the ability to reach compromises that worked for everyone.  She also had to work with our property manager, and did so effortlessly.  She has definitely gained the experience necessary to work deals with lots of moving parts...including our 1031 exchange, which we had never done before. We worked with Michele Weber.  She spent two days with us driving all over Spokane and North Idaho.  We were looking for an area, not a house for this trip.  She understood this was not going to be a sell this weekend but gladly hosted us. She was straight forward and honest about the areas , both good and bad as well as the market. What struck us most was how genuine she was. EXTREMELY experienced and patient.  She studied what we liked and what were the turn offs on the areas and homes she showed us. We finally found a home in the area she showed us in Deer Park.  We had to do everything remotely  due to Covid-19 and our concerns to travel . She communicated very well and made the purchase seamless. You cant go wrong working with her if you are serious about relocating in the Spokane /North Idaho area.
