I can’t tell you how many times I have buyers remember a home from some odd purpose that a room is getting used for.   What a great way to make your home Memorable.    And I am forever grateful for someone who makes their street number visible.  It can be stressful sometimes trying to find a hard-to-find home and it sure makes everyone’s life easier if it’s well marked.

Removing the lawn ornaments you want to keep is also a great idea.

Buyers get very confused over what stays and go sometimes on a property so anything you can do to simplify that keeps the confusion down especially if you are dealing with multiple offers coming in.  It can be a challenge to remember who wanted what.
