This is a great small plane community. Hackney field airpark is maintained year-round including plowed in the winter. Lots of flying enthusiast living within minutes of beautiful Lake Pend Oreille in Athol Idaho. Quite a few of these properties have airplane hangers so you can fly straight to your house. One of the few airfields that have an annual vintage airplane show. No CC and R’s for this subdivision they were all abolished in 2016.
