2 Homes selling in CdA  & Kings

Rancher on Basement

One Rancher on a basement selling for an average price per sqft of $176 it was on the market for 29 days.  The home was a 2/1.5/2.

Multi-Story

One Multi-Story home selling for an average price per sqft of $197 it was a 4/2/2 and was on the market for 34 days.

4th quarter of 2018

2 ranchers on basements selling in Cda & Kings this 4th quarter of 2018.

Your high seller sold for $224 per sqft and was on the market for 76 days.  It was a 3/2.5 with no garage and was a 1939 build.

The lower seller sold for $162 per sqft and was on the market for 15 days.  it was a 2/1 with a 2 car garage and was a 1942 build.

The other Multi-story sold for $116 per sqft it was a 3/2 with a 2 car detached garage and was on the market for 57 days.

One Rancher selling for an average price per sqft of $203 it was on the market for 25 days.

It was a 2/1 with no garage.

The other one was a rancher with a basement it sold for an average price per sqft of $213 with 122 days on market. 

It was a 3/2 with a 1 car detached garage.
