7 New construction Multi-story homes sold this 4th quarter.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $108.  They were all 4/2.5 with at least 3 car garage and a couple with a 4 car garage.

Your high seller sold for $126 per sqft it was one of the 4 car garage homes.  The low seller sold for $98 per sqft the one home that had a 2 car garage.

7 existing multi-family homes sold this 4th quarter.  They sold for an average price per sqft of $122 with average days on market of 96 days.

The high seller of this bunch was a 6/3.5/4 car garage selling for $139 per sqft this home was built in 2014.  The low seller was a 1998 build that was a 5/4/3 selling for $96 per sqft.
