Simms community was built out between 1900 and approximately 1950.  You will find an occasional home built in the 1970s and some are beginning to get some major overhauls to where they are practically new homes.

The homes in Simms are running from the mid $400k price range and up to the mid $800k range for the remodeled homes.  Most of the homes are not super large running in the 600 to 1800 sqft range.

Great convenient location for walking the downtown area and close to North Idaho College. A very desirable area to live.
