5 Homes sold in the 3rd quarter in Sunshine Meadows.  2 Ranchers and 3 Split Entry Homes.

The 2 ranchers both 2005 build and both 3/2 with a 2 car garage.  We had one selling for an average price per sqft of $203 and the other larger home selling for an average price per sqft of $171.

3 Split entry homes selling this 3rd quarter.  All 2005 build one was a 4/2 with a 2 car garage and the other 2 were a 5/3 with a 2 car garage.  Averages have been very tight in Sunshine meadows on Split entry homes.

With the average price per sqft coming in at $131.  The average days on market are 52 days.  They are down $10 per sqft from last quarter.

2nd Quarter 2018

7 Homes sold in Sunshine Meadows during the 2nd Quarter of 2018.  3 Mult-story homes, 2 ranchers and 2 Split Entries.

Of the 3 multi-story homes, with one being a 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage selling for an average price per sqft of $180.  This was an updated home that was on the market for 21 days.  The other 2 homes were 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage selling for an average price per sqft of $162They averaged 45 days on market. 

2 Ranchers one 2004 build the other 2005.  They were both 3/2 with a 2 car garage.  We had the 05 one selling for $196 per sqft and the 04 home selling for $188 per sqft.  45 days on the market for both.

Split Entries selling in the 2nd Quarter for an average price per sqft of $142.  they were both 4/2 with a 2 car garage.  52 days on the market for the average.
