2 Ranchers on basements selling for an average price per sqft of $112 with an average of days on market of 93 days.  The high seller was a 5/3.5 with a 3 car garage selling for $119 per sqft and the low sale was a 4/4 with a 2 car garage selling for $105 per sqft.

Multi-Story Homes

One multi-story home selling for $157 per sqft and was on the market for 55 days.  This home was a 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage on .49 acres

One split entry home selling for $149 per sqft.  it was on the market for 45 days.  it was a 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage on .35 of an acre.  This home was a 1979 build.

The other Multi-story was a 1972 build on .92 of an acre 3/3 with a 2 car garage selling for $120 per sqft and on the market for 66 days.
