4 Homes sold in Woodland Heights during the 3rd Quarter.  One Rancher on a basement, 1 Rancher, and 2 Multi-Story homes.

The Daylight rancher sold for an average price per sqft of $117 and was on the market for 87 days.

It was a 5/3 with a 2 car garage .63 of an acre.  1978 build.

The Rancher sold for an average price per sqft of $139 and was on the market for 81 days. 

It was a 1978 build 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage on .51 of an acre.

Multi-Story Homes

The 2 Multi-story homes were pretty diverse this quarter with one selling for an average price per sqft of $105  with 93 days on market.  It was a 4/3.5 with a 2 car garage on .35 of an acre.

The other Multi-story was a 1972 build on .92 of an acre 3/3 with a 2 car garage selling for $120 per sqft and on the market for 66 days.

2 Homes sold in Woodland Heights during the 2nd quarter.  One Split Entry Home and 1 Rancher on a Basement.

The Split Entry home sold for an average price per sqft of $151 with an average of 41 days on market. 

It was a 1975 build 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage.  It was on .51 of an acre.

The Rancher on a basement sold for an average price per sqft of $170 with 39 days on market.

It was a 1977 build on 1.4 acres 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage
