We had a tri-level on 1 acre selling for an average price per sqft of $122 it had a 40×60 shop. This home was a 1978 build and was sold on a rehab loan.   Its days on market were 162 days.

5 Daylight Ranchers, they pretty much had 2 price ranges either $135 per square foot approximately or $209 per square foot.  The condition had a lot to do with that – the days on market were approximately 72days.

4 multi-story homes all but 1 of these sold for cash!   A broad range on those with a 1-acre lot one starting out the bottom range at $155  it was a 1978 build.   2 homes coming in at the $180 per square foot range they were mid-1980 build and a 2800 sq ft lakefront home that sold for approximately $243 per square foot.
