3 multi-story homes selling for an average price per sqft of $124 with an average of 72 days on the market. 

The high seller this quarter was a 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage selling for $150 per sqft and the low seller this quarter was a 4/2.5 with a 3 car garage selling for $113 per sqft.  it was a 2009 build.

Rancher

We had 2 ranchers selling this quarter for an average price per sqft of $164 with an average of  65 days. 

One of these was a 4 bed the other a 3 bed both 2 baths and 2 car garages.

Tri-Level Homes

One Tri-level home selling for $130 per sqft with 66 days on market.

This home was a 5/3/2 on a .21 acre lot.  The home was a 2005 build.

2018 3rd Quarter

7 Homes sold during the 3rd Quarter in Strawberry Fields.

3 Ranchers start this quarter off.  Selling for an average price per square foot of $174.  The average days on market were 66 days.

2 Multi-Story homes sold this quarter for an average price per sqft of $151The average days on market were 80 days.
