3 Homes built by Daum Construction that sold for an average price per sqft of $166.  They were all 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage.

5 Homes built by Hallmark Homes they sold for an average price per sqft of $131.  2 of them were 5/2.5 with a 2 car garage.  2 were 4/2.5 with a 3 car garage and one was a 4/3 with a 2 car garage.

You had a little bit of a range in the prices on these 5 homes with the lowest priced one coming in at $123 and the highest coming in at $138.

9 Existing Homes sold in the 3rd Quarter of 2018

5 Existing  Multi-story homes selling that were a 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage.  These homes sold for an average price per sqft of $151. The average days on market were 53 days.

3 Existing Multi-story homes selling that were a 4/2.5 with a 2 car garage.   These homes sold for an average price per sqft of $126.  The average days on market were 168 days.

1 Existing Home Rancher built in 2015.  It sold for an average price per sqft of $184 and was on the market for 28 days.

10 Homes sold in Crown Pointe in the 2nd Quarter.

8 homes were New Construction.  Mostly built by Hallmark but we did have 2 in there with Daum Construction.

The 4 multi Story homes ranged in price from a low of $134 per square foot up to a high of about $158 per square foot on average.

The average build time on these is running around 150 days for the Daum builds and approximately 250 days for the Hallmark builds.

Our final 2 sales for 2nd quarter were existing homes with one being  a 2012 build and a 2013 build.

The multi-story home came in at an average price per square foot of $138.

The Ranchers approximate price per square foot was $160.
