Both Homes sold on Conventional Loans, and were on a basement and both homes were built in 1996.

Our first home was a large 6001 sq ft home selling for $129 per square foot.  This was a 4 bedroom 6 full bath and 2 half bath home.  This home sat on the market for 520 days to sell.

Our 2nd home was a 4696 sq ft home that was a 5 bed 3 1/2 baths 2 car garage and it sold for $108 per square foot.   Days on market were 161 days.

3rd Quarter 2017

The 3rd quarter saw 2 homes sell for 2017.

One a  Single Level Rancher built in 1991  that was 2208 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 baths with a 2 car attached garage  That home sold for Cash.  It sold for an average price per square foot of $181 per square foot.  31 Days on market

The other home was a Rancher on a Basement built in 1990.  It sold on a Conventional Loan.  It was a 2858 sq foot home 3 bed 2 bath with a 3 car attached garage.  It sold for $125 per square foot.  494 days on Market.

2nd Quarter 2017

2nd Quarter had 1 home sell.

A 3 story home with no basement.  this home sold for Cash also.  This was a 4176 sq ft home that was a 5 bedroom 4.5 baths.  4 car attached garage built in 1991.  It sold for $131 per square foot.  865  days on market.  This home had additional living quarters.

1st Quarter 2017

3 Homes sold the first quarter of 2017.  2 homes with a basement and one without,  the one without was still a multi-story home.

The 2 homes with a basement sold for an average price of $108 per square foot.  That broke down to one selling for $143 per sq ft and the other one selling for $82 per square foot.  The $143 per square foot was a 1996 build that was 4110 sq ft.  3 bed 2.5 baths.  This home sold on a Conventional home loan with the seller paying $9100 in buyers closing costs.    The other home that sold for $82 per square foot was an older home for the neighborhood it is a 1979 build that was a 4/2 and 3076 square feet.  It sold for Cash.  The 1979 home was on the market for 238 days and the 1996 home was on for 89 days.

3rd home selling this quarter is a multi-story no basement home that was 4620 sq ft 5 bed 3 baths with an attached 3 car garage.  That home sold for $124 per square foot.  It sold for Cash. 303 days on market
