One condo at Lakeview Twin it sold for an average price per sqft of $194 and was on the market for an average of 29 days.  It was a 1/1 with a 1 car detached garage.

Twin Lakes Village condos had 4 condos sell.  They went for an average price per sqft of $115 and were on the market for an average of 65 days. 

2 Condos for Evergreen Court they sold for an average price per sqft of $85 and were on the market for an average of 56 days.

And 1 existing home in Twin Lakes Village.  It was 2001 built multi-level that was a 3/4.5 with a 2 car attached garage.  It sold for an average price per sqft of $131 and was on the market for an average of 71 days.

We had 2 Timber Lane condos selling for an average price per sqft of $92.  They were on the market for an average of 277 days.

And 1 Rock Point Condo selling for an average price per sqft of $108It was on the market for an average of 39 days.

The 2 homes (ranchers) were both in Twin Lakes Village selling for an average price per sqft of $156 They were on the market for an average of 70 days.  One of these was a 4/2.5 with a 2 car attached garage the other rancher was a 2/2 with a 3 car attached garage.
