One condo in Timberlane complex selling for an average of $242 per sqft.  It was on the market for an average of 141 days.

Rock Point Condos

One condo selling this 4th quarter for an average of $125 per sqft with an average of 34 days on the market.

Evergreen Court Condos

One condo selling for an average of $77 per sqft and it was on the market for an average of 64 days.

Twin Lakes Village Homes

2 homes selling for an average price per sqft of $130.  These homes averaged 75 days on market.

3rd Quarter 2018

12 Homes sold in Twin Lakes Village during the 3rd Quarter of 2018.

We had 4 Timberlane Condos sell going for an average price per sqft of $106 with average days on market of 55 days.  These were a 2/2 with a 1 car detached garage.

One condo at Lakeview Twin it sold for an average price per sqft of $194 and was on the market for an average of 29 days.  It was a 1/1 with a 1 car detached garage.

Twin Lakes Village condos had 4 condos sell.  They went for an average price per sqft of $115 and were on the market for an average of 65 days. 

2 Condos for Evergreen Court they sold for an average price per sqft of $85 and were on the market for an average of 56 days.

And 1 existing home in Twin Lakes Village.  It was 2001 built multi-level that was a 3/4.5 with a 2 car attached garage.  It sold for an average price per sqft of $131 and was on the market for an average of 71 days.

2nd Quarter 2018

6 Homes sold in Twin Lakes Village during the 2nd Quarter.  4 condos 2 stick built homes.

We had 2 Timber Lane condos selling for an average price per sqft of $92.  They were on the market for an average of 277 days. 

The other 2 condos we had 1 in Twin Lakes Village selling for an average price per sqft of $111 it was on the market for an average of 68 days.

And 1 Rock Point Condo selling for an average price per sqft of $108It was on the market for an average of 39 days.

The 2 homes were both in Twin Lakes Village selling for an average price per sqft of $156 They were on the market for an average of 70 days.  One of these was a 4/2.5 with a 2 car attached garage the other rancher was a 2/2 with a 3 car attached garage.

1st Quarter 2018

5 Condos sold this 1st quarter of 2018.  For Twin Lakes, since it has so many different condo communities we will separate values by the different condo communities.

We had 1 condo in Timber Lane Condos selling for an average price per sqft of $91 with 213 average days on market. It was a 2/2 with a 1 car detached garage.

One Fairview Court Condo selling for an average price per sqft of $85 with an average of 370 days on market.  It was a 2/1 with a 1 car attached garage.

1 Evergreen Court condo selling for an average price per sqft of $61. It was on the market for an average of 294 days.  It was a 1/1 with a 1 car detached garage.

One Twin Lakes Village Condo selling for an average price per sqft of $57.  It was on the market for an average of 109 days.  It was a 2/1 with a 1 car attached garage.

And One Lakewood Condo selling for an average price per sqft of $199.  It was on the market for an average of 69 days.  It was a 2/2  with a 1 car detached garage.
