The 2 split entry homes sold for an average price per sqft of $137 they were on the market for an average of 54 days. 

One of these homes was a 3/2 with a 2 car garage and the other was a 4/3 with a 2 car garage.

Multi-Level Homes

And one multi-level home selling for an average price per sqft of $147.  It was on the market for 45 days.
