April market results for The Landings leaves you with less than 1 month supply of homes available with a Median sales price of $694,000. Homes sold for an average price per square foot was $180 per square foot in the month of April. Note that number is drastically down from previous months. I would attribute that to a specific house rather than a reflection on the neighborhood. Homes have been selling for about 95-97% of list price.
