In October 2022, 90 Homes were sold in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. 25 Fewer homes sold compared to October 2021’s 115 home sales in Coeur d’Alene. The CDA housing market is shifting a bit with the sales volume down 22% over October 2021. Coeur d’Alene single-family homes on less than an acre overall sold for an average of $310 per SqFt & were on the market for an average of 88 days. The average sales price is up 4% and it takes 22% longer to sell a Coeur d’Alene home compared to October 2021.  

October 2020 had 212 home sales. October 2019 had 147 home sales. October 2018 had 125 home sales and October 2017 had 161 home sales.
