Overlooking Cooper Bay on Hayden Lake is a gorgeous community of homes. Located off East Hayden Lake Rd you have some Lake Front homes with docks and most of the rest are Lake View. All with close access to the public boat launch. I am also including on this page Clark Heights homes as the community is right in the middle of Hayden Honeysuckle Hills. There are approximately 184 homes in this community with prices ranging from the mid to upper $400k range well into the Millions with some of the custom or lakefront homes.

There was a LID placed on a lot of the homes at that time so be aware as you are placing offers on these homes to make sure that you know what the status is and determine if you are good with it.
