On the Post Falls Side or the South West side of Rathdrum is a lovely 55+ Community. Homes are all single level. Some of the earlier homes in the community are Manufactured homes. Almost all of the newer homes are stick built homes and some very custom homes. Homes range in the mid 200’s to low $300’s. All homes are on rented lots with many amenities.
You do have a land lease in this community which does include access to the clubhouse, internet service, snow plowing, Swimming pool and all of the other activities that they do together on a regular basis.
