Homes on city lots sold for an overall average of $319 per square foot, they were on the market an average of 65 days, and sold for an average of 97% of the original listed price. The average sales price per sq.ft. is down 9% over April 2022. Volume is down 29%.

Comparatively, 111 homes were sold in CDA in April 2022 for an overall average of $352 per sq.ft., they were on the market for an average of 65 days, and sold for an average of 101% of the original listed price.
