For people who are not familiar with the  Post Falls area and surrounding towns.  Post-Falls is about 10 minutes to Coeur D Alene and its suburbs of  Hayden and Dalton Gardens. About 15 minutes to Spokane also.  A very central spot for the folks that want Idaho tax benefits but yet work in Spokane.  If you want a little more rural living Rathdrum is about 10 minutes to the north.
